At the intersection of people,
technology & organisation.
I'm an organisational psychologist and have built data governance myself. I support leaders, teams and organisations in shaping technology-driven change so that people come along – evidence-based, hands-on and clear.

What I do differently
When organisations introduce new technologies, make better use of data or digitalise processes, more changes than the IT. Roles shift, communication patterns change, and ways of working are disrupted. Governance structures don’t take hold, business units and data teams talk past each other, and transformation stalls.
The problem is rarely technical. It lies in the dynamics between people, technology and organisation — in what makes sociotechnical systems tick.
I understand these dynamics from two perspectives: as a doctoral-level organisational psychologist who researched organisational learning and needs assessment, and as a Product Owner Data & Analytics who built a company-wide data governance programme from scratch. I work at the intersection — not above it.
Who I work with
- Leaders in data-adjacent roles – CDOs, CTOs, data leads, digitalisation project leads
- Teams at the intersection of business and IT
- Organisations in technology-driven transformation processes
- Project leads for ERP, CRM or data warehouse implementations
